Privacy.

We collect the categories of information described below. We do not ask you for, and you should never send us, information beyond what is described here.

We use the limited information described above for the following purposes:

• To operate and display the Site, including showing live rounds, the board of tiles, your deployed ETH, round outcomes, PEA balances, staking positions, and historical analytics.
• To let you connect a self-custodial wallet and to read your public balances so the interface can show accurate numbers.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing errors, monitoring performance, and understanding which features are used.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, spam, denial-of-service activity, and other conduct that threatens the Site or its users.
• To display an optional username and avatar you have saved next to your wallet's activity, so that other miners can recognise you.
• To grant and maintain community roles in our Discord server based on your wallet's PEA holdings, if you choose to link a Discord account.
• To respond to you when you contact us through our official channels.
• To comply with applicable law and to respond to valid legal process.

We do not use your information for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

It is worth being explicit about where the line sits, because it determines what we could disclose even if we wanted to. When you deploy ETH onto a tile, that transaction goes from your wallet to the protocol's smart contracts on the Network. It does not pass through us and we cannot stop, reverse, or reveal it beyond what the public chain already reveals to everyone.

Round settlement, the random drawing of the winning tile, the flat 10% protocol fee taken from the round's deployed ETH, the pro-rata distribution of the remaining pot to the miners who covered the winning tile, the buyback of PEA with 100% of that fee, the burning of 95% of the bought back PEA and the distribution of the remaining 5% to stakers, the minting of 1.1 PEA per round, and the 1-in-333 chance of the PEAPOT dropping to the miners on the winning tile, all happen onchain according to the protocol's code. We are describing that process here only to be clear that we do not sit in the middle of it and hold data about it that the chain does not already hold.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with data brokers. We share information only in the circumstances below.

To be direct about the boundaries:

• We do not collect your real name.
• We do not store an email address or use one for our own purposes. If you choose Privy's email-based embedded wallet, you provide that email to Privy. When our server checks that a wallet belongs to you, Privy returns your account record to us, which can include that email address. We read only the wallet and Discord entries from it, and we do not record, use or share the rest.
• We do not collect phone numbers.
• We do not collect postal or residential addresses.
• We do not collect government identification documents, and the Site does not run an identity verification process.
• We do not collect payment card or bank account details. The Site does not take fiat payments.

WE NEVER COLLECT, REQUEST, STORE, OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE KEYS, SEED PHRASES, RECOVERY PHRASES, OR WALLET PASSWORDS. NO ONE AT NU11 LABS LLC WILL EVER ASK YOU FOR THEM. ANY MESSAGE, ACCOUNT, WEBSITE, OR PERSON CLAIMING TO REPRESENT PEA AND ASKING FOR THEM IS FRAUDULENT.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WE DO NOT SHARE IT FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small amount of information we handle. The Site is served over HTTPS. We limit internal access to the systems we operate. We rely on established providers, including Privy for wallet connection, Vercel for hosting, and Supabase for the database that holds optional profile and Discord-link information, and on their security practices for the parts of the stack they run. We also operate our own backend, which serves round and per-wallet data to the interface, and we are responsible for its security.

The most important security fact about PEA is structural: because we are non-custodial and never hold keys or funds, there is no honeypot of user assets or identity documents to breach on our side. Your assets sit in your wallet and onchain, under your control.

That control cuts both ways. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, device, and recovery material. If you lose your seed phrase or it is stolen, we cannot recover your wallet, reverse a transaction, or restore your funds.

NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WHILE WE USE REASONABLE MEASURES TO PROTECT INFORMATION, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION.

Blockchain data is permanent and immutable. Transactions recorded on the Network persist for as long as that network exists, and they are outside our control. We cannot edit, redact, or delete them, and neither can anyone else. Please treat every onchain action as a permanent public record.

Local storage and cookies remain in your browser until you clear them. You control this entirely: clearing your browser storage removes your locally stored preferences and any locally stored profile information, and you can do this at any time without asking us.

Optional profile information you save, and a Discord link if you create one, stay in our database until you remove them. Removing both your username and your avatar from the profile panel deletes your profile record. Disconnecting Discord clears the stored Discord account id and username and revokes the roles that went with them, but the row holding that link, which is keyed to your wallet address, is retained rather than deleted. If you want that row removed as well, contact us through our official X account @minepea_. We do not otherwise expire this data.

Technical and log data held by our hosting provider is retained for a limited period consistent with operating and securing the Site, and is then deleted or aggregated in line with that provider's practices.

Messages you send us through our official channels are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the interaction, subject to the retention practices of the platform on which you sent them.

The Site links to and depends on services we do not operate. These include block explorers, price and charting sites, our official X account, our official community channels, wallet software, and the wallet connection layer provided by Privy.

When you follow a link off the Site, or when your browser talks to one of these third parties, that party's own privacy policy and terms apply, not this one. They may collect information about you, including your IP address and your wallet address, according to their own practices.

We do not control these services, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and their inclusion on the Site is not an endorsement. Please review their policies before using them.

You have practical control over almost everything we touch:

• Disconnect your wallet. You can disconnect at any time from the Site. Disconnecting stops the Site from reading your balances. It does not remove anything you saved: a profile and a Discord link stay until you remove them from the profile panel, and while a Discord link exists we continue to re-check that wallet's PEA holdings on a schedule so that community roles stay current.
• Clear your local storage. Clearing site data in your browser removes your stored preferences and any locally stored profile information.
• Manage cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
• Edit or clear your profile. You can change or remove your optional username and avatar at any time from the profile panel; removing them deletes the stored copy from our database. Clearing your browser's site data removes the local copy as well.
• Simply stop using the Site. There is no account to close, no subscription to cancel, and nothing to unsubscribe from.

WE CANNOT ERASE, ALTER, OR ANONYMISE ONCHAIN RECORDS. Requests to delete, correct, or restrict blockchain data are technically impossible for us to fulfil, because that data lives on a public, immutable, decentralised network that we do not own or operate. This is a property of the technology, not a policy choice.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under local law to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, or to withdraw consent. To the extent those rights apply to information we actually hold, you may contact us through our official X account @minepea_ and we will respond as required by applicable law. In practice, we hold very little of the kind of information that identifies a person. We do not hold your name or any identity document. What we do hold is tied to a wallet address rather than to you: any username and avatar image you saved, your Discord account id and username if you linked Discord, our indexed copy of that wallet's public onchain activity, and server logs pairing the wallet address with request data such as an IP address. You can remove a profile and a Discord link at any time from the profile panel.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Site is not intended for and is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. You must be at least 18 to use the Site or to interact with the PEA protocol through it.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete what we hold, subject to the limits described in Data Retention: onchain records cannot be deleted by us or by anyone.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the Site, please contact us through our official X account @minepea_.

NU11 LABS LLC operates from the United States. The Site is served from global infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that information relating to your use of the Site may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The PEA protocol runs on a public decentralised network with nodes and participants worldwide. Data written to that network is inherently global and is not confined to any one jurisdiction.

The Site is not directed to any person in a jurisdiction where using it, or the PEA protocol, would be contrary to law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

For clarity, and because it bears on why we ask so little of you: PEA is a utility token used within the protocol, with a fixed maximum supply of 3,000,000 tokens. It is not offered as an investment, is not a security, and is not a claim on NU11 LABS LLC or on any entity or its assets or revenues. We do not run an account system, we do not onboard you as a customer, and we do not profile you, because there is nothing in the design that requires it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, to our providers, or to applicable law.

When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated policy here. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to flag it through our official X account or our official community channels.

Your continued use of the Site after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy. Please check this page periodically.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, or about how we handle information, you can reach us through our official X account @minepea_. Our official community channels are the other place we respond publicly.

Please be careful about impersonation. We will only ever communicate through our official channels, and we will NEVER ask you for a private key, a seed phrase, a recovery phrase, or a wallet password, and we will never ask you to send funds to "verify", "sync", "unlock", or "recover" a wallet. Treat any such request as fraud, whatever it appears to come from.
